Progeniq's accelerators allow you to slash these acquision and running costs. At the same time it allows you to design the most scalable and powerful infrastructure possible within space and electricity bounds, with orders of magnitude higher equivalent number of CPU core performance density and lower heat generation than a traditional CPU-only cluster.

Design a Compute Infrastructure far below Electricity and Space Limits
  • 2.5W of power consumption per accelerator vs 700W per blade server
  • Add 10-100 equivalent 2.4GHz CPU core performance in compact form factors up to 1U at a fraction of the cost and space typical CPU clusters require.
  • Offer orders of magnitude more compute capacity per unit Space and Watt dedicated for your server room

Create an Easily Scalable Infrastructure at a Fraction of the Cost
  • Easily add in more accelerators as and when user requirements increase
  • Optimize your workflows to leverage on both accelerators and CPUs for maximum efficiency of job throughput for your users

We had alot of problems with trying to keep expanding our CPU cluster size year after year, while at the same time trying to keep that within the electricity and cooling specs of the server room. We've had to spend a considerable amount on server room renovations over the past years to accommodate that. But since Progeniq's accelerators, we've been able to steadily increase the compute capacity available to our users without going anywhere near the size / electricity limits, or even needing to be concerned about the server room cooling at all
