Initiated the 'Reconfigurable Computing' research project in 2003 at the DSP Technology Centre of Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and led the effort to spin it off as Progeniq in March 2005.

Teck Hiong leads Progeniq's sales and marketing initiatives. He is a serial entrepreneur, and was previously the CEO of Thinking Pictures Asia, an outdoor digital media startup. He was also actively involved in management positions with two other startups - Blumice International (Insolvency/Legal Management System Company), and VOLE Inc (VOIP Service Provider).

Heads up Progeniq's hardware design team, and has 6 years experience working on algorithms and parallelization for hardware acceleration. Ashwin has been previously involved in research on signal processing in high-density optical recording, speech recognition, power-aware wireless sensor networks, and optmization of scheduling algorithms. He has patents and publications in the fields of data/knowledge mining, optimization theory, coding theory and signal processing.

Shin Yee leads the software team in the design and implementation of algorithms. He is a High Performance Computing (HPC) specialist with 7 years experience in software parallelization and performance optimization for parallel computers. He currently focuses on multi-core CPU and FPGA hybrid computing systems. He previously did research work on cache-efficient algorithms and adaptive scheduling algorithms.

Lai Kuan manages the financial accounts at Progeniq. She has 6 years experience working in this sector. She leads the building up of the company's internal financial management processes as the company scales up globally. She has previously been involved in managing the finances and internal administrative operations of organizations at various stages of growth from mid-sized private companies to large government organizations.

Co-founder of Progeniq Pte Ltd, Kelvin leads the productization of Progeniq's solutions for new verticals. He has played a key role in developing the current products, bringing them from the R&D stage through release into the market. Kelvin has previously led the product roll-outs in several startups as well as mid-sized companies.
